Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times (after the order is processed):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing for international shipments.

Shipment Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • SoulForge3D is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address Changes:

  • If you need to modify the shipping address for your order, please contact us at info@soulforge3d.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
